New motivational poster

Got on the trainer and did 30 minutes of 56x11 at 52-55 rpm in aero position. Starting to feel it all come back. Might actually be ready for the TT effort here soon.


  1. Awesome. 30-mins you say? Man, not even sure I could hold than for 5-mins. Maybe I'll give it a try later.

  2. Remember that is a 56 tooth chainring and 11 cog. You prolly have a 53x11 but that will have to do. Just make your breaks rub or something ;)
